Next appearance: Maidenhead Care Service, 7:30 pm, Tuesday July 6 2010. St Joseph's Church, 36 Cookham Road, Maidenhead, SL6 7EG. Maidenhead Choral Society will sing an anthem at this event.


AGM is on Monday, July 12. After that, we will be taking a break, with rehearsals beginning again on September 6.


The autumn concert details have been announced:

Last Concert:

May 22 Concert - Handel's Brockes Passion, St Luke's Church, 8 pm.

The programme includes Handel's Brockes Passion, plus three short works by Haydn - Te Deum, The Storm and Insanae et Vanae Curae.

We meet on Monday evenings at 8pm at the Methodist Church, High Street, Maidenhead. Just come along and you will be made to feel welcome. We are a friendly group and there are no auditions.

Did you know that choral singing increases feelings of wellbeing according to research at the University of Western Ontario? It also increases immunity, reduces depression and improves cognitive function and mood. This is not to mention an improved lung function and breathing. So come and join us. We are a friendly group and you will enjoy it.
